Holy Spirit Baptism: is an awareness that something is lacking in one's experience and relationship with God or one is thirsting(seeking) after the baptism with the Spirit.

The Baptism with the Holy Spirit is the overflowing of the Holy Spirit into, upon a born-again believer. It is the fulfillment of the promise the Father gave to all believers. It leads to a full, purposeful, meaningful and rewarding life in Jesus Christ(Joel 2:28-29, Act 2:16-18).
