Fruit of the Spirit

Fruit of the Spirit:

A lack of the fruit (virtues, qualities or characteristics) of the Spirit is evidenced by irresponsible behavior, pride, expression of enmity, lack of love, etc., and other works of the flesh.

A child of God is eligible to receive the things of the Spirit of God. We are to be open to the Holy Spirit producing those virtues within us (Gal. 5:22-23)
